This cemetery is on private land.This is the tomb of John Millender (J.M.) Hornbuckle, Aug. 6, 1838 -Feb. 7, 1903. Served in the Civil War. The cemetery is located in the extreme north west part of Marshall County (SE Quarter of Section 20, Township 6 S Range 1 east) near the Morgan County line and is very difficult to reach. The cemetery contains a total of 44 graves,most marked with rocks without names or any inscriptions. The most recent grave is dated June 1913. This was recorded by Les Hornbuckle on December 9, 1998.
